Solid walnut & veneer
Original finish
The table has a lovely figured burr walnut top and molded edge with figured walnut frieze underneath
All supported by a turned column with a finial and four carved and scroll legs.
With original white China castors.
Formally this table was aloo table but has been reduced in height to make a coffee table. As coffee antique tables are a 20th century invention, items have been adapted over the years to make good coffee table to fit in with the modern lifestyle.
